Pump Sleeve

These are useful to get a seal on a slightly larger than expected cylinder, if you have not shaved for a while or if your scrotum is getting pulled in too much, etc. 
 
Use lube when using the sleeve to slide in easily. 

Match the size to the diameter of your cylinder.
