MaleHanger Kit

The MaleHanger is one of the best tools you can buy for penis enlargement. This compression hanger has been a staple for years in many PE enthusiast toolboxes, and PMP is proud to stock them finally.

Male Hanger is a compression device; unlike our vacuum cups, there is very little pressure on the glans skin. Removing the risk of blisters so those with sensitive skin, or the rational avoidance of said risk, a Male hanger is a great alternative to vacuum hanging.

• A weight strap
• Carabiner
• A sleeve to protect your skin
• Gauze wrap to act as padding
• 3 resistance bands of varying strength

Sizing

The main consideration is length. We suggest that your stretch flaccid is over 5 inches as the device needs about 2 inches of shaft to grip. 

Safety Considerations

All compression devices should be taken off every 20 minutes for five minutes to restore blood flow to the tip of the penis. While you can wear the device longer than 20 minutes in one set, It will increase your risk of injury and we highly advise taking the device off.
